The City of Amsterdam was awarded funding to provide a new dock, boat lifts, and storage for the X-Squad waterski show to relocate to the Amsterdam waterfront. The waterski show strengthens the area's tourism and recreation facilities in the summer.
The X-Squad team trains and performs weekly shows along the Mohawk River at Riverlink Park in July and August.
